Description
An award was made to Police Constable M.D. Williams of Caernarvonshire Constabulary, who climbed unassisted and without a rope to rescue a lamb stranded on Bangor Mountain. This rescue took more than 2 hours to complete. The lamb was uninjured and restored to his owner.
