Description
Edward was born in Fulham, London and enlisted 1801.1894 age 18 years 9 months, he had previous service in the 3rd battalion Middlesex Regiment. Served Gibraltar, Egypt and Sudan, and South Africa. Awarded Sudan Medal, Khedives Sudan with clasps Atbara and Khartoum and a Q.S.A with 3 clasps. Served a total of 9 years 237 days being discharged 11.9.1903.
