Description
Percy Seymour Harvey served in the 78th 2nd Seaforth Highlanders, 2nd Lieutenant 1870, Lieutenant 1871, Captain 1882. Listed in the Army List of 1885 which also confirmed his service in Afghanistan. He later transferred to the Police serving in Burma 1885-87. He was the youngest if 16 children of Sir George and Lady Harvey of Larkfield, Richmond, Surrey and was survived by his sister Miss Harvey. Captain Harvey lived at Moat Farm and was buried at Edmond Stone.
